in various fields, especially in the field of architecture, as it is the most important basic vocabulary in design, and has many functional, environmental and aesthetic goals that are no less In this research, the need to study the specificity of lighting, both natural and artificial, and its impact on the sensory and visual perception of the external fa\u00e7ade formation of the building for the viewer, in order to reach a set of variables for the building on the one hand, and another for light and shadow on the other hand, which in turn will contribute to influencing the viewer&#8217;s perception by directing the design behavior, which in turn leads to a more efficient external formation that contributes to achieving comfort and harmony for the viewer.
