دراسة مقارنة للتأثيرات الوقائية الكلوية لفيلداغلبتين وسيتاغلبتين ضد السمية الكلوية المحدثة بجنتامايسين في الأرانب

هدف الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مقارنة التأثيرات الوقائية الكلوية للسيتاغلبتين والفيلداغلبتين على السمية الكلوية المحدثة بالجنتامايسين لدى الأرانب.
المواد وطرائق البحث: قسمنا 12 أرنباً إلى 4 مجموعات (3 في كل مجموعة): 1- المجموعة الشاهدة (محلول ملحي فقط)، 2- المجموعة المصابة (جنتامايسين فقط)، 3- المجموعة العلاجية الأولى (سيتاغلبتين + جنتامايسين) و4- المجموعة العلاجية الثانية (فيلداغلبتين + جنتامايسين). تم قياس مستويات الكرياتينين في المصل ودراسة التغيرات النسيجية المرضية في أنسجة الكلية.
النتائج: زاد جنتامايسين من مستوى الكرياتينين وأحدث التهاباً ووذمة في الخلايا الكلوية. بينما خفف كل من السيتاغلبتين والفيلداغلبتين من السمية الكلوية، إلا أن الفيلداغلبتين أظهر درجة أكبر من التأثير الوقائي، مع مستويات كرياتينين أقل بكثير (p=0.000) والتي انعكست على التحسن النسيجي للكلية.
الاستنتاج: يبدي فيلداغلبتين تأثيرات وقائية كلوية أقوى من سيتاغلبتين ضد الأذية الكلوية المحدثة بالجنتامايسين، ويعود ذلك إلى خصائصه الأقوى المضادة للالتهاب الخلايا الكلوية مقارنةً مع سيتاغلبتين. تشير هذه النتائج إلى أن فيلداغلبتين مفضل للمرضى الذين هم على خطورة مرتفعة من السمية الكلوية الدوائية وبالأخص مرضى الداء السكري.
