The third lecture of the workshop was lectured by Engr. Bayan Mendo, member of the Technical Committee – Facultry of Engineering at Al-Wataniya Private University WPU, the lecture was under the title “The Skills of Creative Thinking and Turning Projects into Leading Projects”. Engr. Mendo discussed the necessary skills and concepts the graduates should have to enter the market, and the concept of leading businesses which is turning any obstacle or risk into a new profitable chance. She also added the process of turning the idea into a leading project, identifying the risks and obstacles that will face the entrepreneur and the necessary tools that will help in building the prototype.

Engr. Bayan Mendo explained the meaning of creative thinking which is the ability to generate new and unfamiliar ideas. This skills is very important to let the entrepreneur think outside the box and it is a main factor of success and uniqueness.

The creative person uses all the available new ideas, tools and methods to create a unique and unmatched project.
