A Distinguished Scientific Research by the Researcher Dr. Murhaf Ibrahim from the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences, in the Al-Baath University Journal
Al-Baath University Journal published a valuable scientific research on May 7, 2023, under the title “The role of internal marketing dimensions in enhancing the psychosocial work environment. A field study in the private banking sector in Syria”. The research was conducted by the researcher Dr. Murhaf Ibrahim, a faculty member at the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences.
This study aimed to shed light on knowing the extent to which internal marketing dimensions contribute to enhancing the Psychosocial work environment in private banks in Syria, to study the impact of internal marketing dimensions represented in: motivation, empowerment, and customer orientation in enhancing the social and psychological work environment with its various components, and to verify the A study was conducted on a group of banks using a questionnaire designed for this purpose. As for the research sample, a sample of internal customers was selected and it amounted to (196) individuals. A questionnaire was distributed to the research sample for the purpose of verifying the research objectives, and reaching the nature of the relationship between the variables (independent and variable).
The researcher reached several research findings, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant relationship between the internal marketing dimensions combined and the psychological work environment, and the internal marketing dimensions collectively explain (.478) of the variation in the psychological work environment,in addition to the presence of fundamental differences between the demographic variables of the research sample and the psychological work environment.
This scientific research brings added value to the researcher on a scientific level as it serves as a means to enrich their knowledge and increase their research experience, which is considered the first building block in their career path. It also serves as an incentive and motivation for many students and professors/researchers to understand the importance of scientific research and follow a scientific approach in their educational and professional lives.
