Fellow Abdulkarim Al-Naasan Receives the Excellence Award in the Fourth Central Organizational Session of the National Union of Syrian Students
The National Union of Syrian Students, represented by its president, Fellow Dr. Daren Suleiman, organized the Fourth Central Organizational Session for the preparation and qualification of student leaders and the development of leadership skills (Organization, Qualification, and Institutional Work) on September 12, 2023, at Al-Baath University campus. This event emphasized the importance of developing leadership in union branches within universities and institutes, focusing on organization, leadership, decision-making processes, and student affairs.
The Session, which lasted for four consecutive days, targeted fellow heads of private university branches, as well as internal branch leadership members, heads of organization and qualification offices in government and private university branches. The goal was to achieve common interests by unifying visions and proposing necessary solutions for student issues. This initiative aimed to enhance institutional work and its optimal management.
Abdulkarim Al-Naasan, representing Al-Wataniya Private University, was honored as the President of the National Union of Syrian Students Branch at Al-Wataniya Private University. He was awarded the Excellence Medal by the presidency of the National Union of Syrian Students for his continuous efforts in promoting the concept of leadership and the importance of collective work to enhance the educational environment. He utilized all resources and efforts to serve the student community at Al-Wataniya Private University.
This Organizational Session marks a new step in the National Union of Syrian Students’ plans, aiming to prepare well-qualified leaders capable of organizing and serving the student community in various government and private educational institutions.
