The Scientific Agreement was signed between Al-Wataniya Private University in Hama Governorate in Syria , represented by the President of  University , Prof. Dr. Ahed Khuzam , on behalf of the Faculty of Civil Engineering , with the Federal State Funding Educational Institution for Higher Education (Moscow Automobile and  Road Construction State Technical University /MADI/) represented by the Acting President of the University ,  Prof.Dr. Yevmenko , and that  on 06/14/2022 for a period of five years .

The Scientific Agreement aims to lay the foundations for cooperation in the field of higher education by preparing academic educational plans and programs , conducting joint advanced scientific projects and research , joint  cooperation in training , vocational retraining and advanced training for individuals according to modern needs , and exchanging information about scientific research and experiences through the involvement of students and teaching staff from the two universities in plans , educational programs and subsequent joint research in the Diploma and Master’s Degrees .
