The Agreement was signed between Al-Wataniya Private University in Hama Governorate in Syria, represented by the University President, Prof.Dr. Ahed Khuzam , with the Moscow Institute of Architecture in Russia , represented by the University President at the Academic Institute Dmitriy Olegovich Shedkovsky , on 1/2/2020 for a period of 3 years, automatically renewed for a similar period .

The Scientific Agreement aims at exchanging visits between representatives of the two universities and faculty members , and exchanging students at all levels , developing joint research projects , in addition to holding conferences , symposiums , research seminars and workshops , benefiting from laboratories , and exchanging all books , research journals , university references and scientific publications .
