التأثير التآزري الوقائي لمشاركة خلاصة شوكة الحليب وفيتامين C ضد السمية الكبدية المحدثة بالباراسيتامول لدى الأرانب

هدف البحث: لا تزال السمية الكبدية الناتجة عن الأدوية، وخاصةً الناتجة عن جرعة مفرطة من الباراسيتامول، سبباً رئيسياً للأذية الكبدية الحادة. تملك خلاصة شوكة الحليب تأثيراً وقائياً معروفاً للكبد بسبب خواصها المضادة للأكسدة والالتهاب. يملك فيتامين C خواصاً قوية جداً مضادة للأكسدة. وبالتالي، يهدف البحث لدراسة التأثير الوقائي لمشاركة خلاصة شوكة الحليب وفيتامين C في على السمية الكبدية الناتجة عن الباراسيتامول لدى الأرانب.
المواد والطرائق: قُسّم 16 أرنباً ذكراً إلى أربع مجموعات (ن = 4 لكل مجموعة): (1) المجموعة الشاهدة CTRL، (2) المجموعة المصابة PARA، (3) المجموعة العلاجية الأولى SLM، و(4) المجموعة العلاجية الثانية (المشاركة) SLM+VITC. تم تقييم السمية الكبدية من خلال قياس مستويات أنزيمي ALT وAST في المصل والتشريح المرضي لأنسجة الكبد.
النتائج: أدى الباراسيتامول لارتفاع واضح في أنزيمي ALT وAST مقارنةً بالمجموعة الشاهدة (p<0.05). أدى العلاج بالخلاصة وحدها لتحسن الصورة النسيجية وانخفاض الأنزيمات، بينما أظهرت المشاركة انخفاضاً أكبر في مستوى الأنزيمات.
الخلاصة: أعطت المشاركة المقترحة حماية كبدية أكبر مقارنةً بالخلاصة وحدها، حيث انخفضت الأنزيمات الكبدية بشكل أكبر، وهذا دليل على القدرة التآزرية لهذه المشاركة.
