دراسة تأثير بعض المركبات الموجودة في بعض الزيوت العطرية على البروتين الرابط للبنسلين في المكورات العنقودية المذهبة باستخدام النمذجة الجزيئية

تعد المكورات العنقودية المذهبة من الأسباب الرئيسة المسببة للإنتانات الجرثومية عند البشر، وبسبب الاستخدام العشوائي للصادات وازدياد المقاومة عليها أصبحنا بحاجة ملحة لاكتشاف صادات حيوية جديدة ، لذلك توجهنا نحو دراسة الزيوت العطرية حيث تعد من أهم العلاجات الطبيعية الحديثة التي أثبتت فعاليتها في مكافحة الكثير من الأمراض، تم إجراء دراسة إحصائية مرجعية على بعض المركبات الموجودة في بعض الزيوت العطرية ، حيث تم انتقاء 89 مركباً مستخلصاً من 45 زيتاً عطرياً، وتمت دراستها باستخدام التقنيات الصيدلانية الحديثة ومنها النمذجة الجزيئية ، ثم تمت دراسة هذه المركبات وفق قواعد لابينسكي وقواعد فيبر، وهي قواعد تعبر عن التوافر الحيوي، وحركية الدواء (امتصاص، توزع، استقلاب ،إطراح). استهدف هذا البحث البروتين الرابط للبنسلين PBP-4 لدى المكورات العنقودية المذهبة ببعض المركبات الموجودة في بعض الزيوت العطرية، وقُيمت فعاليتها حاسوبياً باستخدام النمذجة الجزيئية . أجريت الدراسة الحاسوبية باستخدام برنامجين IGemDock and Argus Lab.، وبينت نتائج النمذجة الجزيئية أن المركبات Gastrodin , Oleanolic acid, Apigenin , Stearic acid, Oleic acid، التي أظهرت طاقات ارتباط تقدر ب على التتالي : -108.91, -100.55, -99.51, -97.77, -90.52، قد تحقق أهدافا محتملة للبروتين الرابط للبنسلين PBP-4.
