مقارنة بين ثلاث أنواع من المرممات التاجية الجذرية لمقاومة قوى الضغط في الأسنان الأمامية المؤقتة

الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى مقارنة مقاومة الكسر وشكل الفشل التالي للكسر بين ثلاثة أنواع مختلفة من المرممات ضمن الجذرية في الأسنان الأمامية المؤقتة. تم اختيار ما مجموعه 60 من الأسنان الأمامية المؤقتة، وتم تقسيم العينات إلى ثلاث مجموعات كل مجموعة تحتوي على 20 سن. تم اجراء المعالجة اللبية للعينات جميعها ثم تم تطبيق المرممات ضمن الجذرية وبناء القلوب فوقها، تم غرز العينات في قوالب من الإكريل ذاتي التصلب وتم تعريضها لقوى الضغط باستخدام جهاز (testometric) وتم تسجيل أعلى قوة ضغط حدث عندها الكسر في السن كمعيار للفشل. كان متوسط قيم قوى الضغط للعينات الثلاث Ribbond, omega loop, glass fiber post,     83.25N, 61.60N, 75.55N بالترتيب، تم استخدام اختبار onw-way anova لدراسة التغييرات الإحصائية حيث كانت قيمة P أقل من 0.220 وبالتالي لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ثقة 95%.

ضمن محدودات هذا البحث نوصي باستخدام الأوتاد المصنوعة من ألياف البولي إيثلين لترميم الـأسنان المتهدمة.
