The International Journal of Recent Scientific Research published on 28/2/2022 a valuable scientific research by the researcher, Mr. Hasan Al-Jasem from the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Wataniya Private University, which was  titled

“STUDY OF THE COLOR STABILITY OF TEMPORARY CROWNS MADE OF TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF PROVISIONAL RESTORATIONS MATERIALS”

 With the participation of Dr. Ibtisam Salama, a teacher at the University of Hama, and with the participation of Ammar Zkiyeh, a student in the fourth year of the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Wataniya Private University.

The aim of the research is to conduct a laboratory study to measure the effect of the type of temporary restoration material and polishing material on the color stability of temporary restorations, to determine which of the studied temporary restoration and polishing materials is the best and has the greatest color stability, in order to avoid causing some cosmetic problems as they are critical for both the patient and the dentist.

It should be noted the value of this laboratory study by the researcher, Mrs. Hasan Al-Jasem – who holds a master’s degree in fixed dental prosthodontics – as it is a study based on accurate scientific foundations and data that were analyzed according to accurate laboratory analytical methods, and a process that is characterized by quality and its simulation of the patient’s need in the first place, in addition to the doctors’ need for research and applied studies that will develop the professional reality and provide it with the latest knowledge, theories and qualitative studies.
