دراسة إحصائية لمستويات الكوليسترول والدهون الثلاثية عند طلاب من الجامعة الوطنية الخاصة

الكوليسترول والدهون الثلاثية جزيئات دهنية حيوية ضرورية لوظائف الجسم الأساسية، بما في ذلك بناء الخلايا وتوفير الطاقة. ومع ذلك، فإن ارتفاع مستوياتهما يُعد مؤشراً حاسماً لصحة القلب والأوعية الدموية، حيث أن ارتفاع مستويات البروتين الدهني منخفض الكثافة (LDL) أو ما يدعى بالكوليسترول الضار تساهم في تصلب الشرايين.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستويات الكوليسترول والدهون الثلاثية لدى 33 طالبًا شابًا في الجامعة الوطنية الخاصة (16,18/11/2024)، وربطها بعوامل خطورة محددة. شملت الدراسة جمع بيانات حول العمر، الجنس، التدخين، تناول (أوميغا-3)، مؤشر كتلة الجسم (BMI)، وممارسة الرياضة. أظهرت النتائج أن هذه العوامل كانت ذات دلالة في التنبؤ بارتفاع مستويات الكوليسترول والدهون الثلاثية. مما يؤكد على أهمية الكشف المبكر عن اضطراب شحوم الدم والكوليسترول وعوامل الخطورة المرتبطة به لدى الشباب.
