Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of administrative transparency in enhancing organizational health among employees of the Syrian Clearing and Transit Company, where (25) employees were surveyed. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, as there were two types of data: primary data through a questionnaire divided into two parts that they distributed to the company’s employees. The first part was designed to measure the dimensions of administrative transparency, while the second part was designed to measure organizational health in the Syrian Clearing and Transit Company, in addition to secondary data through the use of research and books about the relationship between administrative transparency and organizational health. The data analysis was based on Cronbach's alpha scale to measure the reliability of the questionnaire, and the hypotheses were tested using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed a positive, statistically significant effect between the dimensions of administrative transparency (credibility, disclosure, clarity, participation) on the organizational health of employees in the company under study, as the correlation coefficient (r) is average (0.587) and significant at the level of significance (0.00). Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted.
