At the end of the workshop, Miss Lubana Rislan, head of Alumni Office at Al-Wataniya Private University WPU, concluded the workshop with a lecture under the title “The motivational Skills that Create Working and Successful Project in the Community”.

Miss Lubana Rislan explained the factors of success like time management, self-confidence, exerting efforts to gain satisfactory results and the spirit of initiative. She also added the difference between ordinary and successful people, their ideas, tools and methods and time management. Miss Rislan emphasized on putting efforts and resources in the right place to create harmony in order to achieve a successful project.

Failure is a part of life, and we should always look at the advantages of our failure and learn from it and never give-up. We should know the causes of our failure and learn new skills in order to overwhelm our fears and build stronger versions of ourselves.
