تحضير وتقييم كريم وتونر من مستخلص جذور الأرقطيون لعلاج حب الشباب

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحضير وتقييم كريم وتونر موضعيين يحتويان على مستخلص جذور نبات الأرقطيون Arctium lappaكعلاج طبيعي بديل وواعد لحب الشباب والذي يًعرف بأنه اضطراب جلدي شائع يرتبط بزيادة إفراز الزهم، وانسداد المسام، ونمو البكتيريا، مما يؤدي إلى التهابات جلدية. تم استخلاص المكونات الفعالة من جذور الأرقطيون باستخدام الكحول الإيتلي 70%، ثم أُدرجت هذه الخلاصة في تحضير كريم وتونر بتركيبة مدروسة. خضع كلا المستحضرين لاختبارات فيزيائية وكيميائية لتقييم خصائصهما مثل درجة الحموضة، المظهر، اللزوجة، الاستقرار، والانتشار دون إجراء اختبارات سريرية.
أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن الكريم يتمتع بدرجة حموضة متوافقة مع الجلد (5.4) ولزوجة تساوي 18257 cp، مع عدم حدوث انفصال أو تكتلات بعد التثفيل، وانتشار جيد تعكس النتائج فعالية الأرقطيون كونه مكوناً نباتياً، حيث بينت الدراسات أنه يمتلك خصائص مضادة للبكتيريا ومضادة للالتهابات. توصي الدراسة بمزيد من الأبحاث السريرية لتحديد الجرعات المثلى وتحسين فعالية المستحضرين.
