Dental Radiology Laboratory
A clinical laboratory dedicated to high-precision dental radiography and radiographic film processing, supporting the diagnosis of dental cases and training students in modern radiographic imaging procedures.
KODAK Periapical X-ray Unit
Equipment
- X-ray units, quantity: 3.
- Automatic film-processing devices, quantity: 3 – periapical.
- WPS devices connected to each radiographic unit in the event of a power outage.
KODAK Periapical X-ray Unit
Used for high-precision dental imaging and for supporting the diagnosis of dental cases and clinical work inside the clinic.
X-ray Unit
The laboratory is equipped with three X-ray units to meet the requirements of practical training and imaging of clinical cases completed by students.
Radiographic Imaging Area
A dedicated area for performing the required radiographic images within an educational and clinical environment that supports diagnosis.
Acquired Skills
- Training students to perform high-precision imaging of their clinical cases using modern methods.
- Enhancing students’ ability to use radiographic imaging to support clinical diagnosis.
- Introducing students to the operation of X-ray units and radiographic film processing procedures.
Community Service
Providing high-precision dental imaging and radiographic film processing to support case diagnosis.
Radiographic Imaging Supporting Clinical Diagnosis
The Dental Radiology Laboratory contributes to training students in dental radiographic imaging and supports case diagnosis through accurate images and radiographic film processing within an educational clinical environment.
