The General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities, in its fifty-fourth session, which was held at Amman Community University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan during the period (27-28/March 2022), decided to choose Dr. Ahed Khuzam, President of Al- Wataniya Private University in Syria, to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Council for Sustainable Development of the Federation of Arab Universities located in Arabic Amman University.

The decision of Prof. Ahd Khuzam’s membership in the Board of Directors of the Arab Council for a period of three consecutive years, starting from 2022 until 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the rules of procedure of the Association of Arab Universities, was a good initiative to cooperate and work to assume responsibilities and achieve common goals and objectives through joint efforts and building fruitful cooperative relations that will return benefit and development for both parties.
