In 2005, the foundation stone for the buildings of Al-Wataniya Private University was laid according to a distinctive design that reflects the University’s primary objective, which is centered on educational quality for the human being as the first goal of development.

The mission of Al-Wataniya Private University is based on employing science, knowledge, and material and human resources to achieve distinguished education and serious scientific research, in order to prepare academic and professional cadres capable of providing effective service to society.

Based on this mission, Al-Wataniya Private University adopted a set of academic programs established according to the latest academic standards. These programs were prepared under the supervision of a distinguished group of experts and professors and were approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.

The establishment of Al-Wataniya Private University came to serve as an important contributor to the progress of university education and development, and to open broad horizons for students in qualification and competition in the labor market.
