الملخص

في الطب الشعبي، تستخدم العديد من المركبات النباتية الطبيعية منذ قرون لتثبيط المسارات الالتهابية، مع آثار جانبية أقل مقارنة بالأدوية الكيميائية.  يستخدم نبات Capparis spinosa لعلاج العديد من الأمراض. مع ذلك، مازالت الأبحاث العلمية لتقييم الفعالية الدوائية لهذا النبات محدودة.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الفعالية المضادة للالتهاب لنبات القبار مخبرياً باستخدام طريقة تثبيط تمسخ الألبومين. تم استخلاص المواد الفعالة من أجزاء نبات القبار (أزهار، جذور، ثمار، أوراق، بذور) باستخدام الميثانول. تم تحضير خلاصات بتراكيز مختلفة واختبار فعاليتها المضادة للالتهاب باستخدام ألبومين البيض كمادة بروتينية كما استخدم ديكلوفيناك الصوديوم وهو أحد مضادات الالتهاب غير الستيروئيدية كشاهد إيجابي، تم تقييم الفعالية من خلال حساب النسبة المئوية لتثبيط تمسخ البروتين.

أظهرت النتائج أن معدل التثبيط يزداد تدريجياً مع زيادة التركيز للخلاصات النباتية، كما أظهرت خلاصة الأزهار والجذور فعالية أعلى بشكل ملحوظ مقارنة بباقي أجزاء النبات. إضافة إلى إن معدل التثبيط الناتج عن خلاصة الأزهار كان أعلى بشكل ملحوظ من الشاهد الإيجابي.
