Author Guidelines

To learn how to register in the journal, submit scientific research, and access the decisions of reviewers and the editorial board, click here to download the file containing all the necessary information.

All submissions are reviewed by the editor to ensure they align with the aims and scope of the journal. The Journal of the Private National University publishes research in both Arabic and English. Below are the templates that researchers must follow when preparing their manuscripts before submitting for publication:

A manuscript will be considered rejected and will not be sent for peer review if it does not comply with the requirements outlined in the above templates.

Before submitting, authors must ensure they have obtained the necessary permissions to publish any materials included in the manuscript, such as images, documents, and data. All listed authors must agree to be identified as co-authors. In addition, the research must be approved by the relevant ethics committee in accordance with applicable laws.

If a submission does not meet the minimum quality standards, it will be rejected by the editor. Therefore, please make sure that the design and argument of the research are carefully prepared, the title is concise, and the abstract is comprehensive. This will increase the likelihood of acceptance by reviewers.

Required Submission Files

When submitting a manuscript through the journal system, authors are required to upload the following files:

  1. Manuscript without Author Names:
    Authors should upload the manuscript file prepared for scientific peer review. This file must not include the authors’ names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgments, or any information that may reveal the authors’ identities.
  2.  Manuscript with Author Details:
    Authors should upload a version of the manuscript that includes the manuscript title, authors’ names, institutional affiliations, corresponding author details, email address, acknowledgments, funding information if applicable, and any other identifying information.
  3. Cover Letter:
    Authors must attach a brief cover letter addressed to the Editorial Board. The cover letter should include the manuscript title and a short statement about the importance and originality of the work. Authors must also state that the manuscript has not been previously published, is not currently submitted to another journal, and has been approved for submission by all authors.   4. Supporting Files, if any:
    Supporting files may be uploaded, such as supplementary tables, data, figures, questionnaires, appendices, or any other materials that support the manuscript.

Privacy Statement

The journal respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal data entered during registration, manuscript submission, or participation in the peer-review process. These data are used only for managing the scholarly publishing process and for communication with authors, reviewers, and editors. They are not shared with any external party except when necessary for the journal’s operations or as required by law.

User data are stored within the journal system. Account holders may update their information or request corrections when needed. Use of this website indicates consent to the collection of the data required to manage submission, peer review, and publication procedures.
