Discussion of Pharmacy College Students’ Graduation Projects First Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The College of Pharmacy at Al-Wataniya Private University held discussions of its students’ graduation projects for the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Dr. Shoaib Al-Ahmad, and with generous patronage from the presidency of Al-Wataniya Private University, in the presence of faculty members (academic and technical).

A variety of scientific researches were presented in which students discussed diverse topics across all pharmaceutical sciences (pharmaceutical and analytical chemistry and drug control – medicinal plants and natural products – industrial and clinical pharmacy – biochemistry and microbiology) with the aim of reaching new scientific findings and learning about the latest pharmaceutical sciences that serve the community and contribute to the advancement of the pharmacy field.

The students presented scientific studies based on clear research and academic foundations under the supervision of a select group of faculty members in the college, benefiting from the collective expertise and scientific feedback provided by the examination committees, both in terms of idea development and the practical implementation of the studies. The research titles varied to examine new mechanisms and techniques for extracting natural extracts in addition to investigating the effects of certain drugs and the risks of drug misuse.

Outstanding scientific competencies highlighted, through their research, the efforts made by Al-Wataniya Private University and the Deanery of the College of Pharmacy to raise the caliber of graduating students so they become the pharmacists of the future who possess the quality and competence to advance their profession and achieve its primary goal of serving humanity.
