Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of post-sale services in influencing the purchase decision and to examine the relationship between post-sale services as an independent variable and the purchase decision as a dependent variable among solar panel customers in Hama Governorate.

The study yielded several key findings, demonstrating a significant and influential role in several post-sale services on the purchase decisions of alternative energy company customers in Hama city.

Based on hypothesis testing, it was found that warranty services, maintenance services, spare parts provision services, and call center services all have a positive and noticeable effect on the purchase decision.

In light of these results, the researchers provided a set of recommendations aimed at leveraging the role of post-sale services in the purchase decision.
